How to send mails with embedded Images


Embedded image are the images which are attached with the email body part and we can place formatted text between them, also they don’t need to be downloaded as files to view. When we open mail with embedded images, the full size images are opened in front of us without any effort. Embedded images are the best way to present images in the email.


Following is a mail with embedded image:


Embedded images can be sent only with POP3 client software for email. It means we cannot send embedded images with the help of webmail like Gmail, yahoo mail etc. We will need to download, install and configure some pop3 software for this purpose. Foxmail is one of the best pop3 software for this purpose.

For downloading this software click on the link and follow the steps.

Step 1: Click the rounded part shown in the image.


Step 2: Click Yes

Step 3: Click next.

Step 4: I agree.

Step 5: Set installation path automatically.

Step 6: installation in progress.

step 7: Finish

Step 8: Now open the folder C:\Program Files\Foxmail and then delete the 'Chinese.lgb' file.

Step 9: Open the foxmail and then take Tools > Account manager

Step 10: Click Create

Step 11:Type your mail ID

Step 12: Set a password

Step 13: Click Finish

Step 14: this is the main window of foxmail and click Compose to compose a mail.

step 15: Click the button shown in the image to insert images. This will attach and embed images in the email.

Step 16: Click send to send the mail.
