How to forward gmail messages to another account automatically


If you have multiple email ID’s, It is a very difficult task to login to one account and then log out and log in to another account. This can waste your precious time, because every account is associated with your important activity and you have to check all accounts for new mails.  But there is no need to worry about this. You can set automatically forward mail to another account.
                        It means that if you are using a g-mail account and a yahoomail (or any other account) and you want to receive all emails that comes to the gmail in yahoo. Then you can forward all emails from gmail to your yahoo account automatically. Then there is need to login to both accounts, because you can receive all mails in your yahoo account. This is very useful for those who are using multiple email accounts.

Here's how to forward messages automatically:

Step 1: Click the gear icon at the top of any Gmail page and choose Mail settings.

Step 2: Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP.

Step 3: Select  Add a forwarding address.

Step 4: Enter the email address to which you'd like your messages forwarded

Step 5: For your security, gmail will send a verification to that email address. Open your forwarding email account, and find the confirmation message from the gmail team and then click the verification link in that email.

Step 6: Back in your Gmail account, select the Forward a copy of incoming mail to… option and select your forwarding address from the drop-down menu. Select the action you'd like your messages to take from the drop-down menu. Then click Save Changes at bottom.
